The PE42512 from Peregrine is an absorptive UltraCMOS SP12T RF switch that operates from 9 kHz to 8 GHz. The switch has an insertion loss of less than 2.4 dB with an isolation of up to 69 dB. It can handle an input power of up to 40 dBm. This reflective switch is available in a 5 x 5 mm, 32 Lead QFN package and is ideal for filter bank switching, RF signal routing in test and measurement (T&M) and wireless applications.
