The PE42522 is a SPDT absorptive switch that operates from 9 kHz to 26.5 GHz. This switch has been developed on Peregrine Ultra CMOS Silicon on Sapphire (Insulator) process. It has an insertion loss under 5.3 dB (through the band), an isolation over 22 dB and has an exceptional linearity with a high IP3 of 59 dBm. The PE42522 has a P1dB of 33 dBm and fast settling time with no gate and phase lag. It is available in QFN 29-lead package that measures 4 x 4 mm.
