The PE42525 is a SPDT RF switch die from Peregrine that operates from 9 kHz to 60 GHz. It is one of the 1st switches developed on their SOI process that operates up to 60 GHz. This high performance switch has a low insertion loss of 1.9 dB and Isolation of 38 dB with excellent linearity (IIP3 of 48 dBm) at 50 GHz and a switching time of 8ns. It can handle up to 27 dBm of CW power and 29 dBm of Pulsed power. This switch outperforms the best in-class GaAs solutions making it a great option for test and measurement, microwave backhaul, radars and military communication applications.
