The PE42724 from pSemi is an UltraCMOS based reflective SPDT RF switch that operates from 5 MHz to 1794 MHz. This reflective switch is designed for use in cable applications including DOCSIS 3.0/1 cable modems, set-top boxes and residential gateways. It has an insertion loss of less than 0.4 dB with an isolation of over 19 dB and can handle an input power of up to 38 dBm. The switch is available in a 3 x 3 x 0.75 mm, 12 Lead QFN package.
