The PE42822 is a single pole double throw (SPDT) absorptive RF switch that operates from 700 MHz to 3.8 GHz. This switch has been designed for use in high power and high performance wireless infrastructure applications such as mid-power microcell products. The PE42822 can handle single-event peak power up to 46.1 dBm and has an exceptional linearity with high IP3 of 65 dBm and IP2 of 120 dBm. It has a low insertion loss up to 1.05 dB, a high isolation up to 47 dB and fast switching time up to 700 ns. It has been manufactured on Peregrine UltraCMOS process and is available in QFN 16-lead package and measures 3 x 3 mm.
