The PE42850 from Peregrine Semiconductor is an UltraCMOS,HaRP technology-enhanced SP5T switch which is ideally used for cellular and other wireless applications. It operates from 30 MHz to 1000 GHz, has a P1dB of 45.5 dBm, an insertion loss of 0.35 dB and an isolation of 36 dB. It is housed in a 32L QFN package which measures 5 x 5 mm.
