The PE42920 is a dual differential single pole double throw (DDSPDT) RF switch that operates from 10 kHz to 6 GHz. It is a broadband and low loss device enabling the switching of two independent differential signals. It has a low insertion loss up to 0.7 dB, a high isolation of 26 dB between same channels and high ESD tolerance. It has been manufactured on Peregrine UltraCMOS process and is available in QFN 16-lead package and measures 3 x 3 mm.
