The P4T-100M53G-100-T-RD from Planar Monolithics Industries is an Absorptive, SP4T PIN Diode Switch that operates from 100 MHz to 53 GHz. The switch can handle up to 20 dBm of CW input power, has an insertion loss of less than 15 dB, and provides an isolation of more than 70 dB. It has a typical switching speed of under 50 ns and incorporates a TTL compatible driver for ease of system integration. The switch has an amplitude balance of better than ± 2 dB and a phase balance of better than ±20 degrees. It requires a DC supply from -5 to +5 V and consumes up to 200 mA current. The P4T-100M53G-100-T-RD is available in a module that measures 1.25 x 1.25 x 0.40 inches with 2.4 mm female connectors.
