The SW16AD-21 from Pulsar Microwave is an absorptive SP16T switch that operates from 0.5 to 8 GHz. The switch has an insertion loss of less than 5.5 dB and an isolation of over 60 dB. It can handle up to 200 mW (23 dBm) of power and has a switching time of 100 ns. This switch requires a +/- 5V supply voltage and consumes up to 400 mA of current. It has individual TTL Control Logic: Logic 0 (-0.3V to +0.8V) = ON and Logic 1 (+2.0V to +5.0V) = OFF. The SW16AD-21 is available in a module that measures 8.5 x 3.5 x 0.65 inches with SMA connectors.
