The SW16AD-32 from Pulsar Microwave is an absorptive SP16T switch that operates from 0.5 to 10 GHz. The switch has an insertion loss of less than 6 dB and an isolation of over 60 dB. It can handle up to 200 mW (23 dBm) of power and has a switching time of 100 ns. It requires a +/- 5V supply voltage and consumes 400 mA of current. It has individual TTL Control Logic: Logic 0 (-0.3V to +0.8V) = ON and Logic 1 (+2.0V to +5.0V) = OFF. It is available in a module SMA connectors.
