The CMD302C4 from Qorvo is a Non-Reflective SP4T Switch that operates from DC to 20 GHz. It has an insertion loss of less than 1.8 dB, provides isolation of over 35 dB, and has a switching speed of 59 ns. The switch can handle up to 27 dBm of input power and operates using complementary control voltage logic lines of 0/-5 V. It includes an on-board binary decoder circuit which reduces the number of required logic control lines from four to two. The switch is available in a 24-pin SMT package that measures 4 x 4 mm and is ideal for EW, radar, space, Satcom, and test & measurement applications.
