The QPC1217Q from Qorvo is a DPDT Switch for general purpose switching applications from 700 to 6000 MHz. It has an insertion loss of 0.33 dB, port-to-port isolation of over 33 dB and a switching speed of less than 3 µs. The switch can handle up to 36 dBm of input power when it is single drive mode and 33.5 dBm when it is dual drive mode. It requires DC supply of 2.6 to 5.5 V and has low current consumption. This RoHS-compliant switch is available in a 1.1 x 1.5 mm DFN package and is ideal for multi-mode GSM, EDGE, UMTS, LTE, DSRC and V2X applications.
