The QPC6222 from Qorvo is a DPDT Transfer switch that operates from 5 MHz to 6000 MHz. This switch has been developed for general purpose switching applications where RF port transfer (port swapping) control is needed. It has a low insertion loss of 0.52 dB with excellent linearity (72dBm IIP3) making it ideal for multi-mode GSM, EDGE, UMTS, and LTE applications. The RF ports are matched to 50 ohms and control logic is compatible with +1.3 V to +2.7 V systems. The supply voltage is intended for connection to +2.8 V systems. This switch is available in a 2x2mm QFN package.
