The QPC6324 from Qorvo is a Silicon on Insulator (SOI) SPDT Switch that operates from 5 MHz to 6000 MHz. It has a switching speed of 180-470 ns, an insertion loss of less than 1.35 dB with an isolation of up to 61.5 dB, and has a P1dB of 37 dBm. The switch requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes less than 200 μA of current. It does not need blocking capacitors on the RF ports and has a non-reflective design where the ports are terminated into 50-ohm in the off state. It is available in a 20-pin QFN leadless SMT package that measures 4 x 4 mm and is ideal for macro or picocell base stations, TDD-based architectures, and 4G/5G wireless infrastructure applications.
