The QPC6762 is a 75 Ohm Silicon on Insulator (SOI) SP6T switch that operates from 5 to 2000 MHz. It has an insertion loss of 0.40 dB, an isolation of 34 dB at 800 MHz and an IP3 of 75 dBm at 850 MHz. The switch offers a high isolation symmetric topology with excellent linearity and power handling capabilities. No blocking caps are necessary on the RF ports. It has a control voltage of 1.8V and requires a 3-5 V supply. The QPC6762 is available in a compact 2 x 2 mm QFN package and is ideal for use in CATV, satellite set top box, MDU amplifiers and optical nodes applications.
