The TGS4310-SM is a SPDT switch that operates from 13 GHz to 19 GHz. This reflective switch has an insertion loss of less than 1.7 dB with an isolation greater than 20 dB. It can handle up to 2 watts of power and has an IIP3 of 55 dBm. The switch has a switching speed of 20 ns. It is available in a low-cost, 4x4 mm air-cavity ceramic QFN package with all ports matched to 50 Ohms. The TGS4310-SM is ideally suited for a variety of Ku-band switching applications across both defense and commercial applications.
