The F2911 from Renesas is an SPST Absorptive RF Switch that operates from 1 to 3500 MHz. This 75-ohm switch has an insertion loss of 0.9 dB, a switching time of 1 μs, and provides 53 dB of isolation. It requires a single DC supply from 2.7 to 5.5 V and consumes less than 230 μA of current. The switch is available in an 8-pin DFN package that measures 2 x 2 mm and is ideal for use in CATV infrastructure/set-top boxes/satellite modems, data network equipment, and fiber networks.
