The F2934 from Renesas is an Absorptive SP2T Switch that operates from 50 to 6000 MHz. It has low insertion loss, provides an isolation of over 67 dB, and delivers high linearity. The switch requires a DC supply of 2.75-5.25 V and is compatible with 1.8 and 3.3 V control logic. It is available in a 16-VFQFPN package that measures 3 x 3 mm.
