The F2976 from Renesas is a SPDT reflective RF switch that operates from 5 MHz to 10 GHz. It provides low-insertion loss, high isolation, low distortion and can handle up to 40 dBm of power. It is available in a compact 2 mm x 2 mm package and can be terminated in either a 50 ohm or 75 ohm impedance.
This device is ideal for DOCSIS 3.1 applications from 5 MHz to 1.8 GHz but can also be used for but can also be used for BTS wireless communications equipment, drones, and general purpose consumer products that operate at frequencies of up to 10 GHz. The F2976 has a logic-select feature pin that allows the user to invert the switch control logic, enabling the control of multiple switches with a single control line where each switch needs to be in different states.
