The RFDPDTA5M26G from RF-Lambda is an Ultra-Wide Band Coaxial DPDT Switch that operates from 0.5 to 26 GHz. It can handle an input power of up to 23 dBm, has an insertion loss of less than 6 dB with a temperature coefficient of 0.003 dB/°C and provides a high isolation of 45 dB. This DPDT switch has a fast switching speed of less than 100 ns and a VSWR of 2.5:1. It is available in a module that measures 30 x 30 x 12.5 mm with SMA Female connectors and is suitable for wireless infrastructure, test & measurement, military and aerospace applications. This switch includes a standard TTL compatible driver and offers an optional hermetic sealing for high altitude applications.
