The RFSP2TA3090G from RF Lambda is an Absorptive SP2T PIN Diode Switch that operates from 30 to 90 GHz. It has a switching speed of 250 ns and provides an isolation of 30 dB. This switch can handle an input power of up to 15 W and has an insertion loss of less than 11 dB. It has a fast-switching speed over the operating frequency band and has a built-in TTL-compatible driver. This SP2T switch requires a dual DC supply of ±5 V and consumes less than 10 mA of current.
