The PWW2R-51 from Sigatek is a Pin diode SPDT reflective switch that operates from 10 MHz to 40 GHz with TTL control logic. It has an insertion loss of less than 5 dB and an isolation of more than 35 dB. The switch has a switching time of 70 ns and can handle up to 23 dBm of input power. It requires -5 to +5 V of supply voltage with TTL control and is available in a module with 2.92 mm (F) connectors.
