The SKY12215-478LF from Skyworks is a silicon PIN diode, transmit/receive, SPDT switch which operates from 900 MHz to 4 GHz. It can handle up to 500 W of power, has an insertion loss of 0.4 dB and an isolation of 43 dB. It is ideal for telecommunication systems such as WiMAX, TD-SCDMA, or LTE base stations applications. The switch is available in a 16-pin quad flat no-lead(QFN) package which measures 4 x 4 mm.
