The SKY12241-492LF from Skyworks is a compact, integrated high-power SPDT switch with driver circuit for TD-LTE applications. Operating from 1.8 to 3 GHz, it has an insertion loss of below 0.55 dB and an isolation of more than 17 dB. It provides a transmit power of up to 50 watts while operating with a single +5 V supply and switches with a single control voltage (0 to 3 V). The device is provided in a 5 x 5 mm, 20-pin Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) package.
