The SKY12248-492LF from Skyworks is a SPDT Fail-Safe Switch that operates from 2.3 to 4.2 GHz. It can handle an average input power of 120 W at 120 °C case temperature, has a low insertion loss and provides high isolation. The switch can be tuned to specific RF bands within the operating frequency range by modifying select external SMT components. It requires minimal external components, which saves space on the PCB.
