The SKY13567-666LF from Skyworks Solutions is a Single-Pole Five-Throw (SP5T) Switch that operates from 0.7 to 2.7 GHz. It provides an isolation of up to 38 dB with linearity of +59 dBm (IP3) and has an insertion loss of less than 0.6 dB. This switch has an integrated MIPI (Mobile Industry Processor Interface) interface and five separate paths that are MIPI selectable using an integrated MIPI decoder. It supports 2-bit USID selection that can be programmed using 2 external pins and allows up to four parts per system. This switch does not require external DC-blocking capacitors on the RF paths as long as no DC voltage is applied.
The SKY13567-666LF uses advanced technology to maintain low insertion loss and high isolation for overcoming path loss from the antenna to the transceiver.
