The SKY13575-639LF from Skyworks is a dual-band SP4T switch that operates from 0.1 to 6 GHz. This switch is ideal for dual band switching inWi-Fi access points, WLAN 802.11ac and 3G/4G LTE systems, as well as customer-premises and test and measurement equipment. It has a low insertion loss of 0.6 dB and high isolation of 40 dB.The switch has an integrated GPIO interface and can handle up to 32 dBm of power with a rise/fall time of 500 ns startup time of 1000 ns. It is available in 14-pin small QFN package that measures 1.6 x 1.6 x 0.45 mm. All RF ports are matched to 50 ohms.
