The SKY13581-676LF from Skyworks is a SPDT Switch that operates from 0.4 to 3.8 GHz. It has a low insertion loss and isolation of over 25 dB @ 2.7 GHz. Switching is controlled by two CMOS/TTL compatible control voltage inputs (VC1 and VC2). Based on the logic voltage level applied to the control pin, the RFC pin is connected to one of two switched RF outputs (RF1 or RF2) by using a low insertion loss path, while the path between the RFC pin and the other RF pin is in isolation. The switch does not need any external DC blocking capacitors on the RF paths as long as there is no DC voltage on the RF line. It is available in a 1.1 x 1.1 x 0.5 mm QFN package. The SKY13581-676LF can be used in cellular systems, 3G/4G systems and for pre and post-PA switching applications.
