The SKY13593-690LF is a Reflective SP3T Antenna Tuning Switch that operates from 2.4 to 2.5 GHz. It has a switching speed of less than 400 ns. Switching between the antenna port (RFC) and RF ports (RF1, RF2, RF3) is accomplished with three control voltages (0 to 3.3 V). This reflective switch can handle an input power of up to 32 dBm, has an insertion loss of less than 0.8 dB, and provides an isolation of more than 28 dB. It also features integrated DC blocking capacitors that eradicate the need of adding any external DC blocking capacitors.
The SKY13593-690LF is available in a surface mount 8-pin MCM package that measures 1.5 x 1.5 mm. The low loss, high isolation, high linearity, small size, and low cost of this switch makes it ideal for 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac WLANs and devices that support Bluetooth signals such as smartphones and connectivity modules.
