The SKY13699-21 is a CMOS, silicon-on-insulator (SOI) DPDT switch that operates from 0.4 to 6.0 GHz. The switch provides high-linearity performance, low insertion loss, and high isolation. It is available in a compact 10-pin, 1.55 x 1.15 x 0.59 mm MCM package and is ideal for 5G NR, LTE systems and main/diversity antenna swapping applications. No external DC blocking capacitors are required on the RF path as long as no DC voltage is applied externally.
