The SKY59272-707LF from Skyworks is a 4X SPST Switch that operates from 0.6 to 6 GHz. It has a switching speed of less than 10 µs and provides more than 40 dB of isolation. The switch is designed for antenna tuning applications that require ultra-low ON resistance and low OFF capacitance. It requires a DC supply of 1.8 V and has an integrated Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI) v2.1 controller.
