The SKYA21003 is a new CMOS silicon-on insulator (SOI) SPDT Switch that operates from 0.1 to 6 GHz. This switch has been developed for automotive LTE cellular and general purpose RF applications. It is AEC-Q100 Grade 2 Qualified with guaranteed RF performance across extended temperature limits, making it an excellent design choice for LTE cellular telematics modems, remote keyless entry devices, infotainment systems, automated toll transponders, garage door openers, GPS/navigation platforms, and other wireless control solutions.
The advanced Silicon on Insulator (SOI) process technology ensures excellent RF performance without compromising ESD. This switch has an insertion loss of less than 0.35 dB and an isolation of over 40 dB. It can handle an input P1dB of 38.5 dBm and IIP3 of up to 70 dBm, meeting the need for higher power carrier LTE aggregation telematics designs.
The SKYA21003 has high-linearity performance and low insertion loss with an operating temperature range from -40 to +105 °C, allowing for operation in challenging automotive operating environments. It is available in a 2 x 2 mm, 12 lead QFN package.
