The SKYA21039 from Skyworks is an SP3T Switch that operates from 2.4 to 2.5 GHz. It has a fast-switching speed of 300 ns, low loss, high isolation, high linearity, small size, and low cost. The switch requires a DC supply from 3 to 5 V and has integrated DC blocking capacitors. It is AEC-Q100 grade 2 qualified and is available in an 8-pin Micro Leadframe (MLP) package that measures 1.1 x 1.1 x 0.5 mm. The SKYA21039 can be used in automotive 802.11 a/b/g/n WLAN networks, automotive Bluetooth systems, and automotive infotainment applications
