The Model 535 from CTS Corp is a TCXO which operates from 10 to 54 MHz. The device has a phase noise of -158 dBc/Hz and frequency stability of ±0.50 ppm over a temperature range from -40 to 105 degrees Celcius. It requires a supply voltage of 3.3 V and provides a clipped sinewave output waveform. This RoHS-compliant TCXO is available in a leadless castellated ceramic surface mount package which measures 5.0 x 3.2 mm and is ideal for 5G, 4G, LTE, femtocells, military radios, medical imaging, IP networking, stratum 3, test and measurement, and wireless communication applications.
