The TCXO3225AX from Dynamic Engineers is a Temperature-Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO) with a frequency range of 10 to 50 MHz. It provides a clipped sine or CMOS/TTL output waveform with a frequency stability (vs operating temperature range) of ±2 ppm and an SSB phase noise of -138 dBc/Hz (at 10 kHz offset). This TCXO supports electronic frequency control (EFC) of ±5 or ±10 ppm and a positive EFC slope. It requires a DC supply of 2.5/3.0/3.3 V and consumes 2 mA of current. This oscillator is available in a package that measures 3.2 x 2.5 x 1.0 mm and is suitable for use in cellular base stations, instrumentation, radar reference and microwave applications. It has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
