The TCXO5300AX from Dynamic Engineers is a Temperature Controlled Crystal Oscillator (TCXO) that operates from 8 to 60 MHz. It provides clipped Sinewave or CMOS/TTL output waveforms with an SSB phase noise of -138 dBc/Hz (1 kHz offset) and has a frequency stability of ±0.28 ppm (vs. temperature). This TCXO is suitable for applications where excellent frequency stability and timing are required. It requires a DC supply of 3/3.3 V and consumes less than 7 mA of current. This oscillator is available in a surface-mount package that measures 5.0 x 3.2 x 1.6 mm and is ideal for cellular base stations, radar reference, instrumentation, and microwave applications.
