The ZT620 from Euroquartz is a series of TCXOs that operate from 1.25 to 300 MHz. They have a frequency stability of up to ±2x10-7ppm from -10° to +60°C and a typical phase noise of -155 dBc/Hz @100 kHz carrier offset. These TCXOs provide either a Squarewave, ACMOS (available from 1.25MHz to 50.0MHz) or PECL (available from 50MHz to 300MHz) signal at the output. These RoHS-compliant oscillators are available in industry-standard dual-in-line package and are ideal for military, space, and commercial applications.
