The IQXT-260 is a digitally compensated TCXO that operates from 10 MHz to 52 MHz. It utilizes an analogue ASIC for the oscillator and a high order temperature compensation circuit that provides a smoother signal. It has a phase noise up to -148 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and stabilities down to ±0.5ppm over an operating temperature range of -40 to 85°C with a clipped sinewave output. It is ideally suited for demanding GPS mobile applications.
