The M616x Series from MtronPTI are Precision TCXOs/TCVXOs that operate from 8 to 52 MHz. They provide HCMOS/clipped sinewave outputs with a phase noise of -154 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset. These oscillators have specially processed crystals that enable them to achieve consistent long-term stability and minimal frequency shift after reflow. This processing also enables them to achieve G-sensitivity as low as 0.6 ppb/g. They have a rise/fall time of less than 6.5 ns and are suitable as reference timing sources for all types of design engineering systems. These TCXOs/TCVXOs require a DC supply of 3, 3.3, or 5 V and consume 1.3-6.5 mA of current.

The M616x Series oscillators are available in a ten pad SMT or 14-pin DIP packages and are ideal for GPS, military, avionics, test and measurement, WLAN, WiMAX base stations, point to point/multipoint radios, medical equipment, frequency synthesis, frequency translation, and land mobile radio applications.
