The QT821 from Q-Tech Corporation is a Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO) that operates from 3 to 90 MHz. It provides a CMOS output with a phase noise of -140 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset and has a rise/fall time of less than 5 ns. This space-qualified TCXO is 100k(Si) radiation tolerant and is screened and quality conformance inspected to MIL-PRF-55310. It requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes less than 50 mA of current. The oscillator is available in a hermetically-sealed surface-mount double dual-in-line (24-pin) package that measures 1.28 x 0.79 inches. This product and related technical data are controlled under Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) 9A515.e.1 of the Commerce Control List (CCL).
