The QTCT236 series from Q-Tech Corporation are Temperature Controlled Crystal Oscillators (TCXOs) that operate from 10 MHz to 1.5 GHz. They require a supply voltage of 2.5 & 3.3 V dc and provides a CMOS, LVDS or LVPECL output. The TCXOs have a phase noise of -107 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz and operates over a temperature range of -40ºC to 85ºC. They are available in a 2.5 x 3.2 mm surface mount ceramic package with gold plated contact pads. These TCXOs are ideal for the smart grid, microprocessors, gigabit ethernet, and fiber channel applications.
