The SiT5356AE-FQ-33N0-25.000000 from SiTime is a MEMS Temperature Controlled Crystal Oscillator (TCXO) with a frequency of 25 MHz. It delivers an LVCMOS output with a stability of 100 ±ppm and has a phase noise of -168 dBc/Hz at 5 MHz offset. This oscillator requires a DC supply of 3.3 V and consumes less than 57 mA of current.

This TCXO is fully compliant to GR-1244 Stratum 3 oscillator specifications and leverages SiTime’s unique DualMEMS and TurboCompensation temperature sensing technology to deliver stable timing in the presence of environmental stressors such as airflow, temperature perturbation, vibration, shock, and electromagnetic interference (EMI). It has multiple integrated on-chip regulators to filter power supply noise, eliminating the need for a dedicated external LDO. The oscillator is available in a package that measures 5 x 3.2 mm and is ideal for 4G/5G radio, small cell, IEEE1588 boundary and grandmaster clocks, carrier-grade routers and switches, synchronous Ethernet, optical transport –SONET/SDH, OTN, Stratum 3, DOCSIS 3.x remote PHY, GPS disciplined oscillators, precision GNSS systems, and Test and measurement applications.
