The TX-P series from Taitien are Temperature Controlled Crystal Oscillators (TCXOs) that operate from 10 MHz to 1.5 GHz. They require a supply voltage of 2.5 & 3.3 V dc and provide a CMOS, LVDS or LVPECL output. The TCXOs have a low phase jitter of 0.8 pS RMS at 12 kHz to 20 MHz frequency offsets and frequency stability of ±2.0 ppm over a temperature range of -40ºC to 85ºC. They are available in a 3.2 x 2.5 mm surface mount ceramic package with gold plated contact pads. These TCXOs are ideal for the smart grid, microprocessors, gigabit ethernet, and fiber channel applications.
