The IQxstream-5G from Litepoint is a multi-DUT manufacturing test solution with 200 MHz of contiguous bandwidth for physical layer testing across the 5G NR Sub-6 GHz frequency range. This high performance, compact platform also supports 2G/3G/4G cellular technologies and is ideal for user equipment (UE) applications such as smartphones, tablets and laptops.

This 5G FR1 Sub-6 GHz Cellular Test System that operates from 400 to 6000 MHz. It also supports other cellular standards like C-V2X, LTE TDD/ FDD, LAA, and other 2G/3G technologies. The test platform can also support other wireless technologies including Wi-Fi (802.11a/ac/ah/ax/b/g/n/p/af), Bluetooth, Zigbee, NB-IoT, and the popular navigational technologies with a software upgrade.

The IQxstream-5G supports up to eight bi-directional VSA and VSG ports thus making it ideal for multi-DUT testing of user equipment (UE) applications like 5G NR smartphones and tablets. All eight ports are factory calibrated which enables fast deployment with minimal setup time. Its intuitive GUI simplifies test parameter modification and provides a visual analysis of test results. The system is available in a module that measures 368 x 82 x 521 mm.
