The Tower Mounted Amplifier (TMA) from Action Technologies operates from 824 to 960 MHz, 1710 to 1880 MHz, and 1850 to 1990 MHz. It is a cost-effective solution for operators to enhance uplink sensitivity and improve the overall network performance of the BTS. This TMA provides a gain of 12 dB with a noise figure of less than 1.8 dB and a group delay of better than 45 ns. It has a multi-unit design for multi-band TMA, without disturbing other band operations and future band addition. The amplifier exhibits low PIM and effectively removes extra interference with the built-in filter. It requires a DC supply from 10 to 30 V and consumes less than 280 mA of current. This TMA includes alarm management with integrated AISG2.0.
The Tower Mounted Amplifier (TMA) is available in an aluminum housing with 7/16 DIN (female) RF connectors and is suitable for use in base transceiver stations and mobile masts. It conforms to 300 342-3 EMC standard.
