The 438-83B-23005 from TX RX Systems is a Dual Duplexed Tower Top Amplifier (TTA) that operates from 794 to 806 MHz (uplink) and 764 to 776 MHz (downlink). This TTA is built to withstand harsh conditions. It consists of Tx/Rx filters, a low noise amplifier (LNA), and lightning protection. On the downlink, it can handle an input power of up to 400 W, has an insertion loss of less than 0.7 dB, and a return loss of 18 dB. While on the uplink, it provides a gain of 14 dB with a noise figure of 1.8 dB and has an output P1dB of more than +16 dBm.
The 438-83B-23005 supports failsafe bypass mode, which ensures uninterrupted communication even in the case of system failures, thereby keeping critical communication lines open.
