AM3136

The AM3136 from Atlanta Micro is a dual MMIC analog voltage-tunable bandpass filter with passbands from 8.0 to 13.5 GHz and 12.0 to 19.0 GHz. The filter has separate low-pass and high-pass tuning voltages provide independent control of both center frequency and bandwidth. It can be tuned over a voltage range from 1 to 10 volts. The AM3136 is available in a 5 mm QFN package that measures 5 x 5 x 1.2 mm and operates over the -40 C to +85 C temperature range.
