The SAX239-R2 from NewEdge Signal Solutions is an electronically tunable Band Pass Filter with a passband from 30 to 520 MHz and 3.5% bandwidth. It provides an insertion loss of less than 5.1 dB in the pass band and a rejection from 14 to 40 dB above and below the band. This filter has a tuning speed of less than 40 µs and has a band resolution of 1 MHz from 30 to 88 MHz and 2 MHz from 90 to 520 MHz. It can handle up to 33 dBm of input power and requires 3.4 to 3.6 volts of power supply. The filter has been designed for Tactical Communications applications using binary weighted digital tunable capacitor arrays to cover greater than an octave of bandwidth.
