The CVPD-952X-245.760 from Crystek Corporation is a Voltage Controlled Crystal Oscillator (VCXO) that operates at 245.760 MHz. It has an LVPECL output waveform with a symmetry of less than 45/55% (at the crossing point). This VCXO has ±10% linearity, a rise/fall time of less than 2ns and an enable/disable time of less than 200 μs. It has a 122.880 MHz sub-harmonic of -50 dBc and a phase jitter of 100 fs (in the 12 KHz to 20 MHz band). 

The CVPD-952X-245.760 ages less than 3 ppm (1st year) and has a phase noise of less than -150 dBc/Hz. It requires a DC supply of 3.3 V and consumes 92 mA of current. This VCXO is available in an SMD package that measures 14.2 x 9.14 x 5.3 mm and also has an LVDS version. It is ideal for HD video broadcast equipment applications.
