The VX-505 from Microchip is an Extended Temperature Voltage Controlled Crystal Oscillator with an oscillation frequency from 20 to 800 MHz. It provides a phase noise floor as low as -166 dBc/Hz across an extended temperature range from -55°C to 125°C. The VCXO is available in a surface mount FR4-based package and is ideal for communications, industrial, harsh environments and military applications.
